The 30 minute Dorn Method taster session will include an assessment of the problem, posture correction focusing on problem areas and a demonstration of some follow up exercises.

Ideal for people who spend a long time using computers, sitting at desks or repeat movements that impact posture (drivers, nurses, carers, tradespeople, sports people etc.).

During the session our therapist will work together with you. The treatment involves motion such as swinging arms or leg which eases the muscles whilst the therapist gently aligns the bones. Please wear loose fitting clothing or sports clothes.
