Thai yoga massage is a type of massage practised for over 2500 years in Thailand and is part of the cultural heritage and integral part of Thai traditional medicine. Thai yoga massage is a technique based on a combination of influences from India, China and Japan and using different modalities such as :acupressure points, energy lines, deep stretching and passive yoga posture. Thai massage is a type of bodywork which also work at energetic level. In fact during the session we start to work by thumbing and palming the Ten Sen or Prana Pathway which are an intricate energy lines distributed all over the body with the purpose of bring vital energy to each part of the body. When this energy Pathways are blocked due to stress, lifestyle choices, toxins, trauma, lack of movement etc, the body starts to ache, became weak, full of tension, postural misalignment, bad circulation etc. With Thai massage we working all over the body from toes to head to restore this energy to flow freely and bring back a more state of wellbeing, relaxation and gain more movement. I am qualified with a leading school of Thai massage in London, her the lineage is from North Thailand which is distinguish by the South because in the south a session is shorter and doesn't work on the energy lines. A normal session is 2 hours. Fully clothed On a Futon mattress For who :most people depend on body ability and health issues. At the moment I am not trained to work during pregnancy.
