Did you know... Headache disorders may be the third most significant cause of disability globally. During any one year the number of people suffering from headache worldwide is estimated at nearly half of the worlds population (47%). the pharmaco-economic cost of headache to the UK is £2 billion per annum.

The vast majority, 78% of headaches are tension-type headaches and around 16% are migraines. We know that general exercise can often reduce headache severity and frequency as can psychological interventions. The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) state that there is some preliminary evidence to suggest that seeing a practitioner who utilises manual therapies may be of benefit.
